Well, we've been promising/threatening to do this for some time. That time has come, the official We're From Japan! site has been launched thanks to our good friend and webwench Jason King. There's not a lot of content yet but we'll get there.
The new CD "You Are The Vehicle" is out now. It is a split with our close friend, tourmate, occasional pianist and all around groovy chick Andi Camp. It also marks the 10th release on her Grafton Records. It can be purchased at several PDX record shops or ordered here: www.southern.com. Follow the audio link and you will find a free mp3 lifted from this album as well as a couple WFJ! related tracks which you won't find anywhere else.
If you haven't already done so, please stop by the www.pdxpopnow.com site and cast your vote for who you would like to see play at this three day event taking place in July. There are dozens of good bands to choose from, all worthy of being involved in this project.
Finally, we would like to thank everyone who came to see us, gave us a place to stay, fed us or played a show with us during our Dec. and March tours. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to seeing you all again late summer or early fall.
